The founder stopped being the engine, and the business kept accelerating.

What actually changed.
02 · The story
How it went.
The 70-hour week
When we first partnered with Erik at Pyro Fire, he was working 70+ hour weeks, juggling everything from sales to conducting risk assessments across the country.
He was the engine of the business - constantly on the road, driving growth but at the expense of sustainability.
A market that moved
After Grenfell, fire safety rightly came under far greater scrutiny, and demand for compliant fire protection rose sharply.
However, the business risked burnout without the right infrastructure to support scale. Demand alone would not have been enough; it would have broken the company.
What changed
We built the structure the demand needed: systems that ran without Erik in the room, financial visibility that made pricing a decision rather than a guess, and a leadership layer that could carry delivery.
Profit grew faster than turnover. Erik relocated to Dubai and the business carried on growing without him on the road.

“When we started working with Alchemy Hub the business was turning over 400K - it's now turning over 2.5 mil.”
